Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM until completion

Pay: $20.61/hour

Position summary

This warehouse role supports receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and overall product flow in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will help keep warehouse operations accurate, safe, and organized while preparing customer orders for shipment.

What you’ll do

• Follow established warehouse processes to fulfill orders accurately.
• Pick products, complete quality checks, pack items, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Train to operate material handling equipment as required, including cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 – 2 years of warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights of 20 – 30 feet regularly.
• Ability to work on concrete floors in steel-toe boots for 8 – 12 hours a day.
• Frequent standing, walking, reaching above the shoulders, bending, and twisting throughout the shift.
