Role Overview
This opportunity is for a creative, resourceful Solution Architect focused on designing, building, and deploying agentic AI applications for financial services. This is a hands-on delivery role that includes integration with enterprise systems, knowledge sources, communication channels, and analytics tools as part of an end-to-end solution.
Work Location
New York City, NY (in-office, full-time) or Remote (United States) for candidates able to work in Eastern or Central time zones.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay:$120,000 – $140,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through implementation options and deployment activities.
- Lead technical discovery to capture requirements and business objectives.
- Build alignment with stakeholders on approach, scope, and timeline.
- Identify gaps and define requirements for new capabilities needed to deliver the recommended solution.
- Contribute to project development work, either as the primary developer or as part of a delivery team.
- Support validation of the complete solution across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor deployments and optimize performance as business needs evolve.
- Create and maintain implementation-specific documentation and a structured knowledge archive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and integration (financial services experience preferred).
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in production; agentic AI experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of regulatory, security, and governance requirements in financial institutions.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive audiences.
- Proficiency working in AWS and Azure environments.
- Ability to build production-ready scripts or code for data manipulation and API integrations (directly and/or using AI tools).
- General working knowledge of Java or Python to build, enhance, and debug internal tools.
- Comfortable solving problems in complex, ambiguous environments.
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with banking platforms such as Candescent, Q2, FIS, or Jack Henry.
- Familiarity with voice systems and modern telephony.
- Understanding of contact center architecture and operations.
- Conversational Spanish fluency (native-level preferred).
