Work setup: Remote.
Schedule: Full-time, core hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Pay: ~ $48.08 to $52.88 per hour ($100,000 to $110,000 annual base).
Role overview
This is a 3-month temporary recruiting assignment with the possibility of extension based on business need. You will run full-cycle recruiting for assigned Corporate and/or go-to-market teams and support a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close for assigned teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing plans, and interview structure.
- Manage multiple open roles at once while meeting speed and quality expectations.
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and outbound sourcing methods.
- Deliver a clear, consistent candidate experience across every stage.
- Keep recruiting data accurate and up to date in Greenhouse and related tools.
- Support fair, inclusive, structured hiring practices.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements that can scale.
What success looks like
- Hit quarterly hiring outcomes (12 accepted Corporate hires per quarter).
- Meet Balanced Candidate Slate requirements for at least 80% of eligible roles.
- Improve time-to-hire, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience supporting Revenue, Marketing, or other GTM teams.
- Proven ability to run full-cycle recruiting independently.
- Strong hiring manager partnership skills and ability to influence decisions.
- Working knowledge of modern TA tools. Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, BrightHire, or ModernLoop is a plus.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High ownership and urgency. High-growth experience preferred.
