Pay: ~ $50.50 to $67.30 per hour (equivalent to $105,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on level, experience, and location)

Role snapshot
Join a fast growing live shopping marketplace as a recruiter supporting operations teams, including customer experience, trust and safety, and fraud. You will run full cycle recruiting for high volume roles, partner closely with business leaders, and help build scalable hiring processes for a distributed, remote first organization.
How you will make an impact
- Own full cycle recruiting for operations roles from intake to offer, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to clarify role requirements, shape hiring strategy, and align recruiting priorities with business goals.
- Source candidates proactively, using creative channels beyond standard job boards to reach strong, often passive, talent.
- Manage 10 to 15 or more open roles at a time while keeping pipelines healthy and organized.
- Draft and refine job postings, screening rubrics, and interview plans to ensure a clear, consistent process.
- Gather and act on candidate and hiring team feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience and recruiting workflow.
- Mentor peers on the recruiting team, share best practices, and help build a culture of high performance and learning.
- Design and improve scalable processes and tools so recruiting can keep pace with company growth.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and bring in diverse perspectives across all operations teams.
What you will bring
- At least 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in high volume environments, preferably supporting operations functions such as customer experience, trust and safety, and fraud.
- Proven track record managing the entire candidate lifecycle and delivering consistent hires under tight timelines.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort building and nurturing pipelines of passive candidates.
- Data driven approach to tracking pipeline health, setting expectations, and prioritizing work.
- Comfort owning outcomes in a fast moving startup environment, managing multiple roles and competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, diversity focused hiring practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and collaborate across time zones.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar) and how to use them in day to day work.
