Support Representative
Remote (United States)
This role focuses on providing thoughtful, high-quality support to customers, patients, and service providers. The position involves assisting with bookings, answering questions, resolving issues, and managing multiple communication channels. The work emphasizes clear communication, empathy, and consistent follow-through to support a positive service experience.
The schedule is full-time. Support coverage may include occasional weekends or holidays.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for inbound and outbound communications.
- Engage with customers, patients, and service providers via phone, text, live chat, and email.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming bookings.
- Address questions and troubleshoot issues with a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Handle escalations and route high-priority issues for further review.
- Document interactions and maintain clear communication records.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments on shared tasks and projects.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with privacy-focused workflows, such as HIPAA-related environments.
- Exposure to ticketing systems like Zendesk or Kustomer.
- Ability to use empathy to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Attention to detail and sound judgment when handling customer interactions.
- Interest in customer satisfaction measures such as CSAT and NPS.
