Pay (Annual): $80,000 – $100,000 per year (plus bonus)

We help growth-stage companies get to insights faster by turning raw data into clear, decision-ready analytics. In this role, you’ll work directly with client teams to deliver high-impact analysis and analytics solutions—owning projects from initial scoping through delivery. If you enjoy solving messy data problems, building visual stories with data, and working across the modern data stack, this is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver data analytics and light data science projects for clients.
• Own client engagements end-to-end, including scoping, onboarding, analysis, and delivery.
• Build new skills in both client engagement workflows and analytics techniques as needed.
• Communicate findings clearly and help stakeholders take action from data.

Typical Projects

• Ad hoc data analysis and deep-dive investigations.
• Data visualization and dashboard development.
• Data integration and dataset preparation.
• ETL development and data pipeline support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in data analysis (or closely related work).
• Strong SQL skills (required).
• Proficiency with a BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, including advanced calculations (advanced DAX a plus).
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to solve client problems.
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to process data objectively and efficiently.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in modern analytics and data science practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with R or Python.
• Familiarity with the modern data stack, including ETL tools (e.g., Stitch, Rivery, Fivetran).
• Exposure to cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).
• Experience improving data models, validation, and reporting workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (plus bonus)
