About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Data Analyst who leads high-impact analytics initiatives for growth-stage clients. The role focuses on accelerating time-to-insight by delivering advanced data analytics, supporting data diligence efforts, and contributing to fractional data science projects. This position combines hands-on analytical execution with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring team members and researching new technologies to expand internal capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end analytics and data science projects for clients, from scoping through delivery
• Conduct advanced data analysis, deep investigations, and data visualization initiatives
• Design and support data integration and ETL development projects
• Build statistical models and contribute to machine learning initiatives
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to strengthen analytics capabilities
• Serve as a player-coach by mentoring junior analysts and developing internal best practices
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business challenges into actionable data solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data analytics
• Strong SQL proficiency (required)
• Experience with R or Python (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Ability to lead projects independently and guide junior team members
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity about emerging analytics tools and strategies
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools including ETL platforms (e.g., Stitch, Rivery, Fivetran), cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake), and BI platforms

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Additional compensation may include bonus opportunities and benefits (eligibility varies).
