Job Overview
This opportunity is for a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical bridge between an advanced AI-driven platform and enterprise client needs. The role focuses on designing, demonstrating, and implementing solutions that address complex business challenges such as risk detection, brand monitoring, and strategic intelligence.

Base salary range of $90,000 to $140,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Role
This role involves working closely with enterprise-level clients, including large corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations. The position requires translating complex AI capabilities into practical business solutions, delivering high-impact demonstrations, and supporting implementation across a variety of use cases.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients with complex operational and technical requirements
- Architect and implement deployments aligned with client-specific needs and performance expectations
- Translate advanced AI and machine learning capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Build and present customized proofs of concept, demos, and solution configurations
- Demonstrate capabilities such as sentiment analysis, narrative tracking, and multi-platform monitoring
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and support technical aspects of the sales process
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications
- Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Provide feedback to influence product development and feature prioritization
- Support clients in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting roles
- Background in SaaS, AI/ML, analytics, or enterprise technology platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive audiences
- Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex sales cycles
- Strong presentation and demo delivery skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with areas such as social media analytics, risk analysis, or intelligence tools is a plus
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, or sentiment analysis is preferred
