Compensation: $75,000 per year base (≈ $36.06 per hour) + commission
About the Role
We’re hiring Account Executives to join a fast-growing, remote-first sales team focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses streamline critical financial operations. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who enjoy owning the full sales cycle, working inbound opportunities, and driving real revenue impact in a high-growth environment.
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to guide prospects from first conversation through close, delivering clear value and building long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.
- Manage and convert a steady flow of inbound leads.
- Build and close your own pipeline to increase earnings through accelerators.
- Run engaging product demos that clearly communicate value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–7+ years of experience in a closing sales role (level dependent).
- Background in SaaS or technology sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling to small or mid-sized businesses is a plus.
- Strong communication, discovery, and storytelling skills.
- An entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with a drive to win.
