Construction Worker

Pay: $20.00 per hour (starting rate, negotiable based on construction experience)

Status: Full-time

Schedule: 5 days per week, 40+ hours per week. Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours.

Position overview

This is a hands-on construction role supporting field technicians on commercial job sites. You will work outdoors year-round and help with daily labor tasks, material handling, and tool use. The role is open to entry-level and experienced candidates and offers room to grow through additional training and certifications.

Your day-to-day

• Support technicians with daily field tasks and job site setup
• Perform general labor including shoveling, sweeping, carrying materials, and climbing as needed
• Use powered hand tools safely and correctly
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow job site safety rules
• Work outside in all weather conditions throughout the year

What you’ll need

• At least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to complete an I-9 form
• Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate clearly
• Comfort with physically demanding work outdoors year-round
