About the Role

This opportunity is for a Program Manager with strong analytical capabilities to support a global ecommerce product initiative. This is an embedded contractor role working directly with the client team in a fast-moving environment.

The position sits at the intersection of program management and strategic analysis. The role is responsible for moving cross-functional programs forward while using large-scale data analysis to inform business decisions, identify market opportunities, and support strategic planning.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: $65.00 – $75.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex programs across multiple teams and time zones
• Keep stakeholders aligned, maintain momentum, and ensure key deadlines are met
• Drive cross-functional initiatives forward in partnership with business, product, and operations teams
• Perform financial modeling and market analysis to assess opportunities and support strategic decisions
• Work extensively in Google Sheets and SQL to analyze large global datasets
• Translate data and analysis into clear, compelling presentations and leadership-ready materials
• Turn complex information into practical insights that support decision-making

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting, or analytical roles
• Strong analytical foundation, including financial modeling and market sizing
• Comfort working with large, messy datasets and extracting meaningful insights
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid program management fundamentals, including stakeholder management and deadline-driven execution
• Ability to keep complex initiatives organized and on track
• Strong communication skills, including deck building and translating data into strategy
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
• Consulting or business background preferred
• Marketing experience is not required
• MBA is not required

Work Environment

This is a fully remote contractor position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. The role is embedded with the client team and supports a global ecommerce product in a fast-paced setting.
