Warehouse Associate

Position summary

This role supports local parcel delivery and warehouse operations, including sorting, pickup, dispatch, routing support, and exception handling. You will work across dispatch, drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service to keep operations running smoothly and resolve issues quickly.

What you’ll do

• Support local parcel delivery operations, including sorting, pickup, and dispatch.
• Forecast driver needs, plan DSP driver routes, and support driver recruiting and interviews.
• Assign tasks to frontline and outsourced warehouse staff and help keep the team aligned.
• Troubleshoot daily operational issues and use internal warehouse and logistics software for data handling.
• Generate daily pickup tasks, review them, and distribute them to the dispatch team.
• Coordinate with other teams to allocate driver resources and manage disruptions such as vehicle breakdowns or driver absences.
• Communicate task changes with third parties and support drivers during pickup and delivery issues.
• Handle exceptions and complaints, including delays and missed pickups, and help close the loop with customers and internal/external teams.
• Track recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

What you’ll need

• Fluent Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication skills across dispatch, drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams.
• Ability to multitask under pressure while staying professional.
• Comfort with phone and email communication.
• Customer service or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• No extensive prior experience is required for the specialist track if you are detail-oriented, reliable, and communicate well.
