Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Pay: $21.25/hour

Position summary

This delivery role is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages using a company van. You will load your assigned vehicle, follow scheduled routes, maintain strong customer service, and meet daily delivery goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Drive a company delivery van to complete assigned delivery routes.
• Load the assigned van and deliver packages safely and on time.
• Follow routes, schedules, and all safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and handle issues appropriately.
• Deliver up to 200+ packages per day.
• Operate independently while staying on pace and meeting performance goals.
• Deliver packages in a secure and professional manner.

What you’ll need

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to drive an automatic electric commercial van.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs for up to 10 hours per day.
• Reliable transportation to get to work.
• Ability to pass a background check and 4-panel drug screening.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and comfort in a physically active role.
• Delivery experience with Amazon DSP, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or grocery delivery is preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery apps and navigation tools is preferred.
