About the Role
This opportunity is for a Sales Assistant supporting senior sales leadership in a fast-paced, high-output environment. This role is focused on increasing the efficiency of the sales team by handling coordination, communication, CRM updates, and operational support tasks that help move deals forward.
This position requires someone who can quickly learn systems, work independently, and effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity.
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings involving multiple stakeholders
- Organize small, in-person client dinners and coordinate logistics with internal teams
- Manage reference requests and connect prospects with customer advocates
- Monitor executive email inboxes and flag priority communications
- Prepare pre-meeting briefs using CRM data, call recordings, and activity history
- Track follow-ups and provide daily summaries of pending tasks
- Create pricing quotes based on sales discussions and CRM data
- Review pricing tools and ensure alignment with deal details
- Develop customized sales presentations using existing templates
- Produce handoff documentation for internal teams using AI tools
- Maintain CRM accuracy, including deal stages, next steps, and timelines
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings when appropriate
- Re-engage past prospects using CRM data and outreach templates
- Support case study development by gathering relevant data and examples
- Analyze dashboards to identify insights that support sales conversations
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports
- Conduct light competitor research and summarize findings
- Assist with additional sales operations tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and generating insights
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail)
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to validate and refine outputs
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
