About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated product launch and marketing programs. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional efforts, building scalable launch frameworks, and delivering data-driven campaigns that connect digital, event, and post-launch experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of global product launches in collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams
- Deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital, event, and post-launch channels
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track
- Help develop and refine go-to-market playbooks, frameworks, and reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards that measure performance and inform optimization
- Support content strategy, audience segmentation, and marketing automation initiatives
- Coordinate integrated launch experiences to ensure consistent and cohesive customer journeys
- Partner with product marketing, digital, sales, creative, and content teams to deliver aligned messaging
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using launch-specific KPIs
- Incorporate market trends and customer insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Support leadership with business reviews, performance reporting, and recommendations

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in digital, integrated, or launch-focused roles
- Experience working closely with product marketing teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable using data and analytics to guide decisions and measure impact
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Interest in experimenting with AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance
