About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Real Estate Acquisition Specialist who thrives on closing deals and solving complex problems. This role is ideal for a confident closer who enjoys working with motivated sellers and moving transactions forward.
You will work exclusively with warmed-up, pre-qualified leads—homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. This is not a cold-calling role. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming seller leads and inquiries
- Build rapport with property owners and understand their motivations
- Present and negotiate mutually beneficial purchase offers
- Maintain consistent follow-up using a CRM system
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth closings
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Address objections confidently and guide prospects toward signed agreements
- Support a seamless transaction process from initial conversation to close
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or acquisitions
- Proven ability to close deals and negotiate effectively
- Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated and able to perform without constant supervision
- Coachability and a strong desire to grow professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, contracts, and financial terms
