Warehouse Staff

Location: San Antionio area

Status: Full-time.

Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Position summary

This role supports daily warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. The position involves material handling, inventory support, and safe operation of warehouse equipment while maintaining organization and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support general warehouse and manufacturing activities.
• Handle, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Follow 5S and lean manufacturing practices when applicable.
• Use inventory systems and scanning devices as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support overtime, weekend, or shift work based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Familiarity with 5S or lean manufacturing practices is a plus.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at varying heights.
• Ability to remain on feet for extended shifts of 8 to 12 hours.
• Comfort working in non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.
• Manual dexterity to handle tools, parts, and scanning devices.
• Visual and auditory ability to identify hazards and operate equipment safely.

Work environment

Work is performed in a manufacturing warehouse with moving machinery, exposure to noise, dust, and industrial materials.
