Warehouse Staff

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour

Role snapshot

Join a solar installation warehouse team and help keep materials, vehicles, and inventory organized and moving. This role focuses on receiving, storage, and distribution so field crews have what they need on time.

Your day to day

• Manage daily warehouse activities in line with company policies and goals
• Work closely with project managers and installation crews to support job schedules
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and basic facility maintenance
• Handle management and basic upkeep of fleet vehicles
• Follow all rules for handling, storing, and shipping materials
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies as needed
• Order and track job supplies needed to support installation work

Skills and experience

• Knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Hands on experience with warehouse software and databases
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Clear, professional communication with internal and external partners

Preferred background

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in solar, electrical, or warehouse operations
• OSHA 10 certification
• Forklift certification

Physical and job requirements

• Able to follow directions and comply with all safety procedures
• Comfort standing and walking for long periods
• Able to use proper lifting technique to frequently move up to 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of computers and Google based programs
• Consistent, on time attendance to support warehouse operations
