Position overview

Keep the dining room clean, reset tables quickly, and support guests and servers throughout service. You will clear dishes, wipe surfaces, refill water and condiments, and help close the restaurant at the end of your shift.

What you will do

• Clear used dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
• Wipe down tables, chairs, and other guest-facing surfaces
• Reset tables promptly to keep service moving
• Refill water and condiments as needed
• Help with end-of-shift cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Handle other tasks as assigned during service

What you’ll need

• Prior hospitality or food service experience
• Comfort with basic food safety guidelines
• Ability to work fast and stay organized during busy periods
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lb
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude
