About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assist with inquiries and service requests, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and care. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, scheduling updates, and service-related questions
- Deliver accurate and timely information regarding pricing, availability, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or client support roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
- Experience in events, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus, but not required
