Position summary

This senior recruiting role leads full-cycle hiring across high-impact technical and non-technical roles in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment. You will partner closely with leadership, build strong pipelines, and help shape recruiting strategy, hiring quality, and candidate experience at scale.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that support business goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of diverse, high-quality talent through targeted outreach.
• Recruit for software engineering, security, design, and product roles.
• Improve recruiting operations, including interview structure, candidate evaluation tools, and hiring processes.
• Use recruiting insights to influence broader talent and business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to strengthen employer brand and scalable hiring programs.
• Mentor team members and help raise the bar for hiring quality.

What you’ll need

• 6+ years of technical or non-technical recruiting experience.
• Proven success hiring high-impact talent in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environments.
• Strong experience recruiting software engineers, security engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Deep knowledge of technical talent markets, including AI, ML, and LLM-related trends.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Operational rigor with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong drive, sound judgment, and attention to execution quality.
