Technical Head of Marketing
Remote (United States)
About the Role
This role owns the execution engine that turns growth strategy into consistent weekly performance. The position is accountable for signup growth across multiple acquisition channels and requires a hands-on operator who can manage priorities, diagnose performance issues, and keep channel owners aligned.
The role works closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and major initiatives, while taking ownership of weekly execution, operating cadence, and measurable outcomes.
This opportunity is for a Technical Head of Marketing to own the growth engine behind user acquisition and activation across content, SEO/GEO, product marketing, partnerships, social media, and emerging agent-first distribution channels.
This is not a narrow channel role. The position is responsible for running the operating system behind signup growth, including pacing, channel mix, performance diagnosis, prioritization, and team execution.
Employment Type: Full-time
Annual Salary: $180,000 – $240,000 per year
Equity: Up to 0.1%
