Warehouse Worker

Employment type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Pay: $20.47/hour + $3.00/hour shift

Position summary

This role supports production and warehouse operations by moving materials safely, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping storage areas clean, organized, and ready to support daily output.

What you’ll do

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using ERP systems.
• Perform cycle counts, bin checks, and inventory audits.
• Use computer systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Keep storage areas clean, labeled, and organized.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Support production teams with timely material replenishment.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate effectively across shifts to keep operations running smoothly.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift operating experience.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe equipment handling.
• Comfort using computers, ERP systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Solid math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and operating instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work evening shift and support other shifts as needed.
