About the Role
We are seeking a Project Recruiter who takes a people-first approach and plays a key role in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines. This position supports ongoing staffing needs while also helping prepare for a large-scale project launching in 2026 that will require high-volume, well-coordinated recruiting execution.
Position Summary
The Project Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to support regional and national staffing programs. This role works closely with Staffing Managers, Regional Project Managers, and Project Directors to ensure hiring needs are met accurately and on time. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and interviews to onboarding coordination and pipeline readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for regional and national staffing programs.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and onboarding readiness.
- Partner with Staffing Managers to understand role requirements and hiring volume.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support batch hiring, documentation completion, and onboarding coordination.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to support engagement and retention.
- Participate in recruiting events, virtual interviews, and local outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards, eligibility requirements, and regional regulations.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or project-based hiring.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pipelines and competing priorities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and onboarding tools.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and related tools.
- Strong judgment in evaluating candidates and aligning them to roles.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
