About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to act as a key connection between customers and the organization. In this role, you will provide product and service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicative, and confident in problem-solving while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, helpful solutions
- Build strong and trustworthy relationships through clear and professional communication
- Generate and document sales leads when appropriate
- Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling and service targets
- Manage customer complaints and follow through to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and service targets
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
- Experience working with CRM systems and customer service tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
