About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to act as a key connection between customers and the organization. In this role, you will provide product and service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a consistently positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, communicative, and confident in problem-solving while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls and inquiries
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, helpful solutions
• Build strong and trustworthy relationships through clear and professional communication
• Generate and document sales leads when appropriate
• Meet individual and team performance goals, including call handling and service targets
• Manage customer complaints and follow through to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and service targets
• Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
• Experience working with CRM systems and customer service tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
