Position Summary
This opportunity is for a Client Care Specialist focused on complaint resolution and customer experience support in a fast-paced service environment. The role serves as the first point of contact for clients with concerns, providing calm, professional de-escalation and practical solutions while documenting outcomes and identifying trends for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
- Manage customer complaints via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Listen to client concerns, investigate issues, and provide clear, empathetic resolutions.
- Partner with internal teams to understand root causes and support corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in a CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and help rebuild trust when needed.
- Identify complaint trends and share insights to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Support general customer service needs as required (e.g., scheduling, billing questions, policy explanations).

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (additional education is a plus, not required).

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong active listening.
- Ability to de-escalate tense situations and align solutions with policies and customer needs.
- Strong organization and attention to detail in documentation.
- Comfort using CRM software and Google Workspace tools.
- A patient, customer-first approach with consistent professionalism.
