Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $15.00 – $31.65 per hour
About the Role
This is a fully remote position. We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support client-facing activities such as scheduling, communication, and coordination. In this role, you will help manage confirmations, appointments, and other details to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every client.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone
- Confirm schedules, appointments, and event-related details
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Support internal teams with coordination and administrative tasks
- Provide proactive, friendly assistance to ensure high client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in administrative support, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
