Customer Success Specialist - Dental Industry

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience
About the Role
This role is focused on driving customer growth, retention, and long-term success across a portfolio of dental practices. The Customer Success Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to clients, helping them maximize value, increase adoption of digital workflows, and expand usage across available solutions.
This position owns the full lifecycle of active accounts and plays a key role in improving performance, identifying expansion opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. The role also contributes to building scalable processes and best practices as the customer base grows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and own a portfolio of active customer accounts
- Drive increased utilization and ensure customers meet or exceed expected performance levels
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage and increase account value
- Lead expansion conversations directly with practice owners and decision-makers
- Support adoption of additional product categories and services
- Monitor usage trends and identify early indicators of risk or underperformance
- Execute retention strategies and address customer concerns proactively
- Build and document scalable customer success processes and workflows
- Define customer segmentation and outreach strategies
- Develop messaging and best practices for expansion and engagement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in the dental industry (practice, lab, distributor, or dental technology environment)
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales roles
- Strong understanding of restorative workflows and digital dentistry
- Ability to lead expansion and revenue-focused conversations with clients
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build structure and processes in a growing environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization
