Warehouse Associate (Night-Shift)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hour

Role overview

This warehouse role supports nightly order fulfillment, inventory organization, palletizing, and team coordination in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will help lead day-to-day warehouse workflow while maintaining accuracy, safety, and strong team performance.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and actively support picking, packing, and staging customer orders.
• Lead inventory pulling and organization to keep stock accessible and well managed.
• Help motivate the team, support performance goals, and hold peers accountable for daily contributions.
• Operate a forklift safely and assist with palletizing items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Support smooth warehouse operations in collaboration with associates, drivers, and warehouse leads.

What you’ll need

• At least 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Leadership ability in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory counting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift about 50 lbs and safely perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, crouch, bend, and reach during the workday.
• Fluent Spanish is a plus.
