Role overview

This cleaning role supports a clean, organized, and safe retail environment with a strong focus on floor care. You will help maintain store standards across the sales floor, backroom, restrooms, lounge, and front end while supporting daily business needs.

What you’ll do

• Maintain floor care standards, including use of the scrubber and buffer.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and recovery standards throughout the store.
• Support upkeep of the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Refill essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Support front end coverage needs as required.
• Help with store recovery and cross-train in other store areas such as backroom, front end, and sales floor.
• Follow operational, merchandise, health and safety, and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate clearly with management and store associates.
• Maintain a safe environment and support safety awareness throughout the store.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.
