Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Part-time

Schedule: Day shift, Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM start time

Pay: Starts at $20.65/hour, with three raises in 12 months to $21.85/hour

Additional pay: +$1.00/hour for powered industrial equipment operators, +$1.00/hour for overnight shift

Position summary

This part-time warehouse role supports inbound and outbound distribution work in a fast-paced facility. You will help unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick, and pack products while maintaining strong accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

What you’ll do

• Complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks safely and accurately.
• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick, and pack products.
• Help ensure products are shipped correctly and on time.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, behavior, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate computerized scanning equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Complete other warehouse duties as directed by leadership.

What you’ll need

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work on your feet in heat, cold, noise, and dust around moving equipment and elevated stations.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• For powered industrial equipment roles, ability to operate warehouse vehicles and equipment such as Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck, and Forklift.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
