Part-time Warehouse Staff

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Location: Chicago Area

Pay: $21.12 per hour.

Position summary

This part-time role supports daily warehouse operations with a primary focus on order fulfillment,
inventory handling, and shipping activities. Associates work in a fast-paced distribution
environment and may rotate across multiple warehouse functions as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming product.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency performance standards.
• Prepare goods for shipment and report damaged or missing items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock chasers.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
• Cross-train in will call and other warehouse support functions.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with electronic devices.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours when required.

Safety and physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment including safety-toe shoes, bump caps, and safety vests.

This position is performed entirely in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
and moderate noise levels.
