Warehouse Associate

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shifts: First shift 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or swing shift noon to 9:00 PM

Position overview

Support daily distribution center operations by receiving and releasing product, managing inventory accuracy, and preparing orders for pickup.
You will inspect pallets to confirm SKUs, follow invoicing and pickup procedures, and help customers load orders safely.

What you will do

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Receive product, inspect for accuracy and condition, and follow receiving procedures
• Pull stock orders and branch transfers and process them on time
• Inspect pallets to confirm product matches the correct SKU
• Manage inventory, complete cycle counts, and support corporate inventory counts
• Report inventory discrepancies and maintain a breakage list, providing weekly updates to leadership
• Follow invoicing and pickup protocols and help customers load and unload vehicles safely
• Communicate with customer service about order issues or discrepancies
• Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily and report problems promptly
• Attend safety meetings and support safety inspections
• Provide professional, customer-focused service and handle multiple tasks with good time management
• Support related tasks such as packing, strapping, staging, shipping, and order entry when needed

What you’ll need

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills (phone, email, and data entry)
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
• Flexible schedule and a proactive, team-first attitude
