About the Role

Join a professional residential cleaning team serving homes across Manhattan Beach and nearby coastal communities. You’ll use a standardized checklist to deliver consistent, high-quality cleans and provide friendly, dependable service to every client.

What You’ll Do

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms (dusting, wiping, vacuuming, mopping).
• Follow a step-by-step checklist to ensure quality and consistency on every job.
• Restock supplies in your kit and keep equipment clean and organized.
• Communicate professionally with clients and your team; note special requests or issues.
• Follow safety and chemical-handling guidelines; use PPE as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused; prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs during the shift; comfortable around pets.
• Valid driver’s license and consistent transportation to client locations.
• Basic English for checklists and client communication.

Schedule

Flexible daytime shifts; some Saturday availability may be requested based on client demand.
