Position 1: Pool Construction & Maintenance Worker
Location: New York, NY
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Type: Contract / Full-Time
Responsibilities:

Perform construction and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial pools
-
Power washing, acid washing, skimming, vacuuming, and tile/ladders cleaning
-
Maintain water chemistry and filtration systems
-
Replace and repair pumps, filters, and pool accessories
-
Conduct routine inspections and address safety issues
-
Provide outstanding customer service on-site
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience with pool construction or maintenance
-
Familiarity with pool chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
-
Physically able to lift heavy equipment and perform hands-on work
-
Valid driver’s license preferred
Position 2: Weekly Detail-Oriented Residential Cleaner
Location: Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY
Pay: $25–$35 per hour
Schedule: Mondays starting at 9:30 AM
Hours: Approx. 4–4.5 hours per visit
Responsibilities:

Deep clean kitchen and bathroom weekly
-
Vacuuming, mopping, and general floor care

Fold and organize laundry
-
Tidy and maintain organization throughout the home
