Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (4 or 8-hour shifts)

About the Role
Sensible Edibles Bakery is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’re someone who enjoys working with your hands, takes pride in quality, and thrives in a team setting, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packing our delicious brownies and bars, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack finished products into boxes or containers for shipment

Cut brownies and bars using a knife to prepare them for packaging

Assemble boxes and packing materials securely

Inspect products for quality before packing

Operate hand tools and, once a week, a commercial-grade packing machine (training provided)

Keep the packing station clean, safe, and organized

Work closely with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets

Follow all safety protocols within the warehouse environment
Qualifications

Entry-level role — previous experience in a warehouse or food factory is a plus

Comfortable speaking and reading English

Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Familiarity with basic tools and safety procedures

Food Handler Certification is an asset (not required)

Positive team player with a good work ethic
