What You’ll Do

Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, and storm damage

Work hands-on in mitigation, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal

Communicate with customers using empathy and professionalism

Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets Paul Davis and industry standards

Operate tools and equipment efficiently

Maintain clean and well-stocked company vehicles
-
Be on-call as needed for emergency response work

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed

Preferred Experience

Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, carpet cleaning, or construction is a plus – but we’ll train the right person!
