About the Role
This opportunity is for a highly accomplished executive leader responsible for driving significant revenue growth within a public affairs consulting practice. The role focuses on securing new enterprise partnerships, expanding strategic client relationships, and leading high-impact public affairs initiatives powered by advanced analytics, media intelligence, experimentation, influencer insights, and AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise business development, executive relationship management, and revenue generation. This position plays a critical role in shaping growth strategy, securing major new engagements, and helping organizations leverage data-driven solutions to achieve measurable outcomes.
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Identify, target, and secure new public affairs engagements with major corporations and enterprise organizations.
- Generate new client relationships with an expectation of securing new accounts within the first three to six months.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Advance prospects through complex sales cycles and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Leverage an established executive network to create access and opportunities within large enterprise organizations.
- Develop customized proposals, presentations, and go-to-market strategies aligned with client objectives and organizational priorities.
- Drive revenue growth and business expansion initiatives while ensuring growth targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and existing clients.
- Oversee a portfolio of client engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery and measurable business impact.
- Support long-term client retention and identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Advocate for client needs internally and contribute to broader market positioning strategies.
- Translate complex analytics, modeling, experimentation, and technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as the final reviewer for proposals, presentations, RFP responses, and key client deliverables.
- Provide regular updates regarding sales pipeline performance, business development activities, and client relationship health.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of client engagements.
- Contribute thought leadership, industry insights, and external-facing content that strengthens market visibility and credibility.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and convert strategic initiatives into actionable growth plans.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional client and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, public affairs consulting, enterprise services, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success acquiring, growing, and expanding Fortune 500 client relationships.
- Proven history of generating new business opportunities and closing large, complex enterprise engagements.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding ambitious sales and revenue targets.
- Experience operating within consultative services, strategic advisory, analytics, or enterprise solutions environments.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to establish credibility and rapport with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing innovative, client-focused business solutions.
- Proven leadership experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, modeling, media intelligence, or data-driven business solutions.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, or experimental design is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality.
