What You’ll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, and operational needs within value-based care environments.
• Define and execute product strategies that leverage data to drive innovation, adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Establish goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver features that support clinical and operational outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to ensure product roadmaps align with broader business objectives and priorities.
• Create clear documentation and product artifacts to support cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Services, Sales, Engineering, and Design to ensure product-market fit.
• Lead the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including requirements definition, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to maintain competitive and innovative products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a healthcare or clinical environment.
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced product development environments.
• Ability to engage directly with customers and operate effectively in ambiguous product phases.
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical teams to build impactful products.
• Strong ability to partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to guide teams toward successful product delivery.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year
