About the Role

This opportunity is for a Senior Full Stack Mobile/Web Application Developer to build and deliver web and mobile applications across multiple client projects in a fully remote environment. The role focuses on working across the full stack, including frontend development with React and React Native, and backend API development using Laravel and related technologies.

You will contribute to architecture planning, support the development of scalable and high-performing applications, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver production-ready solutions. The position involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, typically one large application alongside several smaller initiatives, requiring strong adaptability, organization, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

Status: Full-time

Compensation: $95,000–$140,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Build new applications, websites, and features using a range of tools, languages, and frameworks, including React, React Native, Laravel, and Next.js.
• Contribute to high-level architecture planning and advise internal teams on technical approach and level of effort.
• Guide more junior developers through technical collaboration and support.
• Work on important areas beyond application code, including database modeling, query optimization, logging, monitoring, and other advanced application requirements.
• Stay current with new development technologies and methodologies and apply them appropriately to client work.
• Communicate directly with clients and project managers to understand requirements and present completed work clearly.
• Work across multiple active projects simultaneously, balancing one larger application with several smaller efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a technical role and with agency experience.
• Full stack experience across a variety of frontend and backend tools, technologies, and ecosystems.
• Experience building and interacting with backend REST APIs and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience building application user experiences and understanding user behavior and intent to create intuitive apps and websites.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Experience with AWS services or other DevOps platforms is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly, contribute rapidly, and adapt to new tools and platforms as project needs evolve.
