This opportunity is for an experienced executive leader to drive significant revenue growth within a commercial consulting and analytics practice focused on enterprise-level clients. The role is centered on securing new business opportunities, expanding Fortune 500 client relationships, and leading strategic growth initiatives through analytics-driven solutions, media optimization, experimentation, AI-powered insights, and advanced data services.
This position requires a highly strategic and results-oriented professional with deep experience managing enterprise sales cycles, developing executive relationships, and leading complex commercial engagements from initial strategy through long-term expansion.
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 per year plus commission
What You’ll Do
- Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise client engagements with major corporations and Fortune 500 organizations.
- Generate new business opportunities with an expectation of landing new client accounts within the first three to six months.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with client business priorities and organizational objectives.
- Create customized proposals, presentations, and strategic pitches tailored to client challenges and growth opportunities.
- Leverage an established executive network to create access points within enterprise organizations.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure the Commercial Practice consistently achieves and exceeds business targets.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
- Oversee client engagements to ensure exceptional delivery quality and measurable business impact.
- Support long-term client retention and account expansion initiatives.
- Represent client priorities internally and contribute to overall market positioning strategies.
- Clearly communicate technical analytics and modeling solutions to non-technical executive audiences.
- Review and approve proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client-facing deliverables.
- Provide weekly updates regarding pipeline performance, business development progress, and client relationship health.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of enterprise engagements.
- Contribute thought leadership, strategic insights, and external-facing industry content.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and help convert strategic initiatives into scalable growth plans.
- Guide and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, enterprise consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success securing and expanding Fortune 500 client accounts.
- Strong history of generating new business, building sales pipelines, and closing large enterprise deals.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive revenue and sales targets.
- Experience working within consultative services or enterprise solutions environments.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and enterprise decision-makers.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop creative, client-focused business solutions.
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in high-performance environments.
- Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, modeling, media optimization, or related data-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with consumer analytics, influencer analytics, persuasion modeling, or experimental design is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
