About the Roles
We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us in Brooklyn, NY. We are currently hiring for two key positions: Construction Technician and Cleaner. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
Position 1: Construction Technician ($22–$35/hr)
Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and construction work, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and minor electrical repairs

Conduct inspections and handle basic installations of fixtures and equipment

Follow all safety procedures and deliver quality results

Use hand and power tools, manage your own equipment, and travel to job sites as needed
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or general maintenance

Strong skills with tools and repair techniques
-
Must have your own vehicle

Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
Position 2: Cleaner ($24–$30/hr)
Responsibilities:

Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and hallways

Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize high-touch surfaces

Take out trash and maintain cleanliness standards

Refill supplies and report maintenance issues
Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required

Must be dependable and able to follow instructions

Physically fit for light to moderate lifting and long periods of standing

Available to work weekends as needed
