Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Location: Atlanta area

Pay: $23.51 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential.

Position summary

This role supports receiving and warehouse operations in both climate-controlled and
non-climate-controlled environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas. The position
focuses on accurate handling of inbound materials, safe equipment operation, and maintaining
warehouse organization and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, stage, sort, and store inbound products.
• Load and unload trailers and open or close dock doors.
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system.
• Identify and remove damaged products upon receipt.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment where applicable.
• Package, label, kit, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and complete daily logs.
• Read work orders, schedules, and instructions to determine tasks.
• Assemble and pack containers and pallets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with associates across shifts.
• Comply with all safety and quality requirements.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, follow directions, and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned schedule.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work safely and remain alert in a safety-sensitive role.
