Cleaner/Housekeeper

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Status: Full-time or part-time, non-exempt

Pay: $17.28 – $23/hr

Position summary

Provide commercial cleaning in public areas, kitchens, and common spaces. Keep equipment in good condition, follow safety procedures, and support the team.

Primary responsibilities

• Keep buildings clean and orderly, including kitchens and floors
• Service, clean, and stock restrooms
• Use chemical cleaners and powered equipment per safety guidelines
• Report maintenance needs and hazards
• Maintain clean grounds and assist with outdoor projects
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and keep equipment in working order
• Accurately record hours and organize supplies

Skills and qualifications

• On time, in uniform, and team oriented
• Able to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies; familiarity with safety data sheets
• High attention to detail and basic English communication

Physical demands

Walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, climbing, crouching; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hours and shifts

Night shift; full-time or part-time as needed.
