Cleaner Phoenix

Location: Phoenix area

Pay: $19.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., overtime as needed

Overview

Join a first shift cleaning team supporting a medical manufacturing facility. As a cleaner I, you handle routine cleaning and production support tasks, follow established procedures, and help keep the work area safe, organized, and audit ready.

What you will do

• Complete repetitive cleaning and support tasks by following written and verbal instructions
• Work in different areas within the department as needed
• Meet goals tied to quality, customer experience, innovation, people development, and financial results
• Take part in continuous improvement, 5S, and daily and weekly cleaning activities
• Regularly share ideas and suggestions to improve processes and housekeeping
• Own your individual production output and maintain production logs when required
• Work with the team to achieve production and cleanliness targets
• Support a team based, product focused environment and participate in safety programs
• Focus on reliability and quality in your work and continuously look for ways to improve performance
• Complete all required training and keep documentation accurate and up to date

What you need

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
• Comfort doing repetitive tasks and working on your feet for most of the shift
• Team oriented attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement and safety
