Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time night shift

Overview

Join a night cleaning team as a part-time night time cleaning supervisor. In this role, you oversee janitorial staff, check work for quality, and help keep commercial spaces clean and safe while most of the city sleeps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a night shift cleaning team and set clear expectations for each shift
• Inspect employee work and building areas to make sure cleaning meets company standards
• Complete and submit field reports, checklists, and other basic documentation
• Help create and update janitorial checklists, policies, and procedures for safety and cleanliness
• Handle customer or building concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when needed
• Work alongside the team, step in on cleaning tasks, and model proper techniques
• Communicate clearly with managers and team members about schedules, priorities, and issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

What you bring

• Previous cleaning experience
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial cleaning services
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver license and good driving record
• Access to a personal vehicle is a plus
• Reliable, independent, and able to stay calm in a busy, changing environment
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and a team focused attitude
