Warehouse Worker

Pay: $22.75 – $33.00/hour

Role overview

This warehouse role supports daily shipping, receiving, and product movement by helping coordinate workflow, train team members, and keep operations accurate, safe, and on time. You will help set up the shift for success while supporting customer needs and overall warehouse performance.

What you’ll do

• Lead warehouse employees during the shift and serve as the point of escalation for daily operations.
• Coordinate scheduling to support accurate workflow, deliveries, cleaning schedules, and maintenance priorities.
• Train and mentor team members in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Communicate with warehouse leadership regarding daily operations.
• Help move products within the facility to support accurate and efficient order receipt and shipment.
• Contribute ideas and projects that improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

What you’ll need

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate goals and processes clearly to team members and customers.
• Strong sense of urgency and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, Catalyst, arithmetic, and communicating in English preferred.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
