Role overview

This cleaning role helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment with a strong focus on floor care. You will support daily store operations by keeping key areas clean, following safety standards, and helping where business needs require.

What you’ll do

• Operate the scrubber and buffer to maintain floor care standards.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards across the sales floor, front end, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms.
• Refill essential items in the lounge, restrooms, and front end.
• Support front-end coverage needs when required.
• Assist with store recovery and cross-train in other store areas as needed.
• Follow operational, health and safety, merchandising, and loss prevention standards.
• Communicate clearly with management and team members.
• Help maintain a safe store environment throughout the shift.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.
