Warehouse Staff

Schedule: Full-time, overnight. Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Location: Lithia Springs, GA 30122. 7701 Staples Dr. On-site.

Pay: $24.50 per hour, includes a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

Position overview

This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory, safe material handling,
and reliable order fulfillment. Associates may rotate between inventory control and warehouse
clerk functions based on operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and reconcile product inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify delivery shortages and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Confirm product accuracy and address damages or variances.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to resolve inventory issues.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively support a safety-first work environment.
• Perform basic housekeeping in assigned warehouse areas.

Required qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform warehouse operations.
• Comfort using computers, including Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to learn and use warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic English skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 70 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet.
• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Willingness to be trained and certified on material handling equipment.
• Must wear composite safety work shoes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permitted.
• Availability to work overtime when required.

Preferred qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Prior experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
