Warehouse Associate

Location: Kansas City area

Status: Full-time, overnight shift

Pay: $24.20 per hour

Role snapshot

Join a large muffin production facility in Bonner Springs, KS, where you will handle warehouse tasks
that keep raw materials, packaging, and finished goods moving safely and accurately through the
operation. This is a hands on, fast paced stand up forklift role on the night shift.

Main responsibilities

• Identify pallet locations quickly and accurately throughout the warehouse.
• Pull product from assigned locations and stage it for shipping or transfers using the ERP system.
• Put away incoming product into the correct storage locations and ensure it is slotted properly.
• Fulfill orders and transfers correctly and load outbound trailers.
• Support production by filling ingredient orders for the production lines.
• Complete product bin transfer logs and turn them in for data entry.
• Communicate handoffs and issues across shifts to keep operations aligned.
• Perform cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory.
• Operate a stand up forklift safely and responsibly and complete daily pre and post shift checks.
• Assist with general housekeeping and cleaning in the warehouse.
• Help other warehouse areas as needed and follow all food safety policies and procedures.

What you will bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Stand up forklift experience strongly preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including clear and legible handwriting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort working with frequent change, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Schedule details

Typical shift: Sunday through Wednesday, 9:00 pm to 7:30 am, with occasional mandatory Thursdays.
